I am absolutely convinced that: "Nature is the World's Greatest Rose Artist" I truly believe that statement. I just give Nature a little helping hand with my photos and editing techniques. If you prefer your photos to be "Raw" without filters (I know that many Photographers do). I have included my original Rose photo at the end of this blog (un-filtered in any way).

Continuing on...

Today I went out for a while, but not for very long as it's just too exhausting to walk that far. However, Roses is my theme for this Photography Editing Blog, as I managed to photograph a few earlier in my garden. The sun there is a little more shaded, but you can still see the sunshine on the Rose petals.

This first photo has been greatly enhanced in my personal PhotoPea Software (very similar to Photoshop) but has less features to play with. Sometimes Photoshop can be a bit too complex when I only need simple filters and brush editing. So in this particular case PhotoPea did the job perfectly for me.

My opinion is that the Rose looks like it has been lit from the inside, or perhaps back lighting in some way. No, absolutely not, this was it's natural state full of sunshine on one side.
