Dysdercus cingulatus and grasshoppers are very interesting in this forest - 10

In my post today I will capture several collections of dysdercus cingulatus animals that I found in the forest yesterday, at that time I was hunting some small stars or insects in the Alue Bieng forest, Aceh, Indonesia. I found this dysdercus cingulatus insect standing on a wild fruit in this forest, then at that time I immediately approached it to take some pictures of this dysdercus cingulatus as you can see below.

Dysdercus cingulatus is a species of true bug in the family Pyrrhocoridae, commonly known as the red cotton stainer. It is a serious pest of cotton crops, the adults and older nymphs feeding on the emerging bolls and the cotton seeds as they mature, transmitting cotton-staining fungi as they do so.Wikipedia

You can see that dysdercus cingulatus looks very beautiful and attractive, and I think dysdercus cingulatus really likes playing on this short plant that has wild fruit in this forest. and I also found other types of insects, namely grasshopper species that I found in the same forest and you can see some of the beautiful pictures of grasshoppers below.

Grasshoppers are a group of insects belonging to the suborder Caelifera. They are among what is probably the most ancient living group of chewing herbivorous insects, dating back to the early Triassic around 250 million years ago. Grasshoppers are typically ground-dwelling insects with powerful hind legs which allow them to escape from threats by leaping vigorously. As hemimetabolous insects, they do not undergo complete metamorphosis; they hatch from an egg into a nymph or "hopper" which undergoes five moults, becoming more similar to the adult insect at each developmental stage.Wikipedia
