What's Going On In The Field?

This is already the third post on field crops. I started through about a month when there was a drought, continued nine days ago when it started to rain intensely, and today, I am back in the field after the rain.

Everything is muddy, the weeds are growing like a bet, with wife, due to other obligations, we can hardly clean a little, but really a little from the weeds.

The only thing that has grown so far is the zucchinis we picked up once, here I have described one dish. And young peas. Everything else is still waiting.

The potatoes will ripen in about three or four weeks, but there has been no progress since last time. Probably due to the drought, it has not yet recovered.

Tomatoes are still small, if they are not attacked by any disease, they will be able to ripen towards the end of August.

Sweet potatoes have slowly started to spread, maybe the tubers are bigger underground.

And kale is growing happily. Well, at least I'm happy with that.

The chilies are like they were two weeks ago. No progress.

The onion is still just fine.

Corn has also grown.

Yes, this strange weather also affects the plants.

There is a lot of weeds, but mainly because the field of mine can’t be more organic than it is. We don’t use any growth additives or insecticides. Nothing. So it’s full of everything from weeds to pests.
