ecoTrain QOTW Season 6 #7: How do I feel in this moment

The weekly questions by @ecotrain are really attractive. Honestly, I enjoy answering these questions or participating in contests like this. This week’s question is more nice. Because how am I feeling right now? I can talk about that with everyone. Usually we share the emotional feelings of the mind on various social media. But I'm really excited to be able to share my feelings on a @hive-blockchain like this. For details on this week's question by @ecotrain, click here

We are human. We have a mind. With which we feel emotions, feelings, happiness and sorrow. But even then one thing remains. When someone asks us, how are you? We're good at answering all of a sudden. But it is said only with the mouth but can hide thousands of sorrows in the heart. There are a few exceptions though.

That’s how I feel at the moment

When someone asks me how I am, I always answer that I am fine. But to be honest, am I really that good? Or is it just formality. Honestly, we hide our feelings inside our minds and don't want to express them outside. Many times when we are busy we forget our feelings. Although we often feel very good but most of the time we have different kinds of bad feelings in our minds.

But if I want to tell the truth, I will say that I am feeling very frustrated at the moment.

Nothing has been going well for me in the last few days. Everything around seems to be going beyond my expectations. Moreover, sometimes I am very frustrated and my humanity is not good. But what causes me to be frustrated? The reason for this is often unknown to me. It may sound ridiculous to everyone but it is true.

But to be honest, I often have high expectations. But I get frustrated if it doesn't meet my expectations. I know this is my bad habit but I try to control it a lot but repeatedly fail.

Moreover, I am feeling annoyed due to the extreme heat and load shedding (Due to work on electrical lines) during the day. Because it is not possible to sit at home during the day due to heat. Excessive sweating comes out of the body. So a kind of instability comes to mind. As a result anything seems annoying. As a result, I am not feeling comfortable at the present time.

However, it is not always the case that I feel depressed or restless or bad. I feel good a lot of the time. Many times I feel much better when I can talk to family members or spend time with them, talk about different things or share my feelings. Plus I can spend a lot of good time with my child which makes me feel much better in that moment.

Feelings depend on our minds. How our minds feel depends on different situations. Moreover, our minds often depend on the environment around us or our loved ones, how we will feel in that moment? Because our minds feel different things at different times in time. And the reasons for feeling to different people are different at different times
