Organise my income in order to coordinate my expenses harmoniously // Organizar mis ingresos para coordinar mis gastos en armonía

I am almost always busy and often have to go shopping at the last minute of the day, the problem is the restrictions due to the pandemic, which makes everything more difficult for me because I have a lot of work to do in my office; and because I can't go out every day all the time, I make a big purchase of food to last me several days, as you know I love cooking and I really enjoy choosing the ingredients that I will use in my preparations; the most difficult thing at the moment is that food products have a very high cost in my country, I feel blessed to be able to afford my food and enjoy tasty meals!

Casi siempre ando ocupada y muchas veces tengo que hacer compras a última hora del día, el problema está en las restricciones debido a la pandemia, que hace todo más difícil para mi porque tengo mucho trabajo en mi oficina; y debido a que no puedo salir todos los días a cada rato, hago una gran compra de comida para que me dure varios días, como ya saben me encanta cocinar y disfruto mucho elegir los ingredientes que utilizaré en mis preparaciones; lo más difícil en estos momentos es que los productos alimenticios tienen un altísimo costo en mi país, me siento bendecida por poder costear mis alimentos y disfrutar de sabrosas comidas!

Although I was at one time very worried about my economy, at present I can control that fear, because it is not at all easy to live in stressful situations like the ones that happen here, I do not want to complain; I want to focus on how we can handle these tense situations that we live, and that we must leave the fear and change the way of thinking, because generally in difficult times we tend to think about everything that we will lack; and we do not give importance to what we have in our present.

Aunque estuve en una época muy preocupada por mi economía, en el presente ya puedo controlar ese temor y miedo, porque no es en lo absoluto nada fácil vivir situaciones tan estresantes como las que pasan aquí, no deseo quejarme; quiero enfocarme en el como podemos manejar estas situaciones tensas que vivimos, y que debemos dejar el miedo y cambiar la manera de pensar, porque generalmente en tiempos difíciles solemos pensar en todo lo que nos hará falta; y no le damos importancia a lo que tenemos en nuestro presente

I started to enjoy what I had at home and at the same time I was thankful for it; I started to think about abundance and to coordinate in my mind that I lack nothing at all, that I have everything I need to be happy; I will tell you that it was not easy at first, because it was something new to me, but I guarantee you that it is only a matter of time before you see a positive change in your life!

Yo comencé a disfrutar lo que tenía en casa y a la vez daba gracias por ello; comencé a pensar en la abundancia y a coordinar en mi mente que no me falta nada en lo absoluto, que poseo todo lo necesario para ser feliz; les diré que no fue nada fácil al principio, porque era algo nuevo para mi, pero les garantizo que solo es cuestión de tiempo para que vean un cambio positivo en sus vidas!

I still continue to apply this technique in me, I enjoy every day of my present and I am grateful for what I have, being happy is a matter of you deciding it, and that happiness comes in small pleasant moments that we share with our family and closest friends, you will have abundance simply because you believe that you already have it, I have had to answer many inopportune questions and bad taste, because due to the economic situation they ask me very negative questions, such as: You can no longer make cakes right? So it seems that I have to have a hard time because it seems to others that I can't enjoy what I love to do; I keep my ideals and I faithfully believe that I will always enjoy what gives me the most pleasure, "I have not stopped thinking about cooking, I am simply passionate about it, I love it and it strengthens me"

Todavía sigo aplicando esta técnica en mí, disfruto todos los días de mi presente y agradezco por lo que poseo, ser feliz es cuestión de que tu lo decidas, y que la felicidad viene en pequeños momentos agradables que compartimos con nuestros familiares y amigos más cercanos, la abundancia la tendrás simplemente porque crees en que ya la posees, yo he tenido que responder muchas preguntas inoportunas y de mal gusto, porque debido a la situación económica me hacen preguntas muy negativas, tales como: ¿ ya NO puedes hacer tortas verdad? ¿ No pudiste seguir haciendo dulces verdad?; osea que al parecer tengo que pasarla mal porque a otros les parece que no puedo disfrutar de lo que me encanta hacer; yo conservo mis ideales y creo fielmente en que siempre disfrutare de lo que más me cause placer ,"No he dejado de pensar en cocinar, esto simplemente me apasiona, me encanta y me fortalece"

As long as you feel good emotionally you can live a life in harmony and balance, you will know how to organise and structure your income, you will achieve your goals little by little and you will feel completely fulfilled!

Siempre que te sientas bien emocionalmente podrás vivir una vida en armonía y equilibrio, sabrás como organizar y estructurar tus ingresos, cumplirás tus metas poco a poco y te sentirás completamente realizado!
