How to overcome the feeling of pain

When there is something less exciting in our life, the first tendency of the human being is always to put this situation at the center of everything. So, it seems that out of nowhere this situation is all there is as if it were the greatest thing we have in our life.

But seeking inner healing is not really what heals us, as this anxiety to be healed still vibrates in a dense way. The cure comes when we decide to take the problem out of the spotlight when we realize that we cannot give it the whole stage and that it is time to put the focus where we really want to vibrate.

So if something hurts, accept that pain, understand its existence and motivation, extract the lesson. But don't choke on it!

The problem is not everything that exists, and the cure comes from within. Decide now, remove the focus from there and put it where you are happy. Joy is the cure.
