Day by day researches unfold, new things are discovered. One common thing with africans is the use of herbalism, infact most africans are not a fan of industrial drugs because of some of its side effects.

Today i remember some of the herbal medicines we do take to cure cough and asthma, which is the cotton leaves tea.

Preparations;

Its preparation is very simple and straightforward,

Luckily i didn't have to go too far to get the cotton leaf as it grows in my garden.
The cotton leaves are plucked from its tree and slightly wash with a clean water. After which the leaves are soaked in a slightly warm (not too warm) water for some hours before drinking and thats all. After this the cotton leave tea is ready to drink and cure cough and also asthma.
