Es un árbol ornamental muy usado en las ciudades por la generosidad que brindan sus hojas al darnos mucha sombra, crece rápido y nos aporta muchas propiedades curativas.

Les comento que esta planta me recuerda mis tiempos cuando estudiaba primaria, ya que cerca del colegio habían muchos almendros entonces mis compañeros y yo cuando salíamos de clases en tiempos de cosecha de la misma, nos comíamos esta fruta, mientras llegábamos a casa a alimentarnos.

Mi recomendación es que se debe tener precaución al utilizar cualquier planta medicinal ya que algunas tiene contraindicaciones.
