The New Special Chili Garlic Oil
I harvest a lot of chili that I collected every day whenever I come home from the office. And because of that, I again ordered my wife to make Chili Garlic Oil but with extra special ingredients.
2 weeks ago I told my wife @arrlinn to add 1 to 2 tsp of sugar, this is my special ingredients, the sugar. I tasted the new Chili Garlic Oil with sugar. And I’m right in my suspicion that it added flavor and zest to the food! The big bottle was for us and the small one was for our friend.
You just really need to take good care of the chili trees by watering them and cultivating the soil. And if possible add organic soil to the surface of the plant every month. The fertilizer I use is wood dust because wood dust provides coolness to the soil and takes a long time to dry the water, suitable for the middle east.
Maybe if I planted more chili, I would be able to give more or I could sell Chili Garlic Oil. The sale of Chili Garlic Oil here costs 4.08 Dollars. Not bad!
Simple ingredients! It's just,
- Chili
- Garlic
- Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp sugar
And remember, cooking Chili Garlic Oil should be low-heat, and mix every 5 to 10 minutes for 30 to 40 minutes until it turns brown. You will experience somewhat teary eyes while cooking. ^_^

Hha, the amount of times I've been in a restaurant in Asia and cried because of the chilli cooking! It was always me ordering it, haha! My husband would say: 'DID YOU ORDER THE CHILLI AGAIN!'.... I am such a chilli lover. I dont like sugar in sauce so I wouldn't add it, but if you like it, go right ahead - yum!!
hahaha... Just another taste for the Chili Sauce! Hahaha... Experiment! LOL, There is a person that really doesn't like Spicy! hahaha.
