You can feel down every day especially when you are around a lot of people. Anytime negative pressure and energy can ruin your day.

When you feel down, and feel unable to move, you can start creating encouraging references to get you moving again.




Creating Spirit Points from References

The references I mean here are people you can make a reference for enthusiasm.

In most people, this can work. But this method can fail if you don't try hard to get your spirits up again.

Try to look at people who are generally physically weaker than you. Also, look at people who have a severe illness who doctors tell their to have a short life left.

Create references from these physically weak people to evoke gratitude in advance.

You should be grateful that you have better energy than people who are physically imperfect or who are experiencing severe pain.

You have a lot of energy that can make you wake up and you should be embarrassed if you don't want to get up today.




Create Shame If You Can't Get Better

You need encouragement to get up again. Shame thing can make a positive thing to make you moving again.

Try to look at people who are weaker than you. They still have a high zest for life. They can smile and even have great achievements despite their limitations.

People who have been sentenced to doctors have a short time they do not give up. They can accept that even though at first they can be sure they rebelled.

So, are you not ashamed if you don't keep moving on with your life, while you are still physically and physically fit to achieve what you want?

You Have To Accept That Life Is About Pain

So what you need to do is get up, keep moving, do what you can do, believe in new hopes, and believe that you deserve to be happy.

Excellent points. First of all, I wanna say these pictures of yours are beautiful. Well, whenever I feel low, I stay silent and I look around. I don't compare myself or use any kind of reference but I always think that the situation could have been worst and I try to find solutions. Yes, I feel guilty sometimes and I compare myself with me.

And last I am learning to accept the reality and slowly I move forward...

I'm not a big believer in shame, but definitely understand what you mean - sometimes we complain when our life is much better than we think. And it's about attention and energy, too. If we give our illness all the attention, we just feel worse! Not that we should ignore our symptoms, but if we didn't focus on them SO MUCH we might find our day just a little bit brighter.
