About enough and feeling the need to achieve more, those are all tricky things. We have to put them in different situations every day.

Putting the mindset in inappropriate situations will affect mental health and self-improvement. This of course has to do with how we deal with life with the various personality types of the people around us.

The more mature we grow, we should not be easily affected by the lives of others. The more we are still easily influenced by the attitudes of others, we can be sure it will be difficult to find peace in life. We panic easily, have difficulty focusing, and have difficulty listening to our own will.

We will feel enough every day, every morning when we start the day when we are fully aware that we are full of blessings even though our lives are not always easy.

We don't blame life, even ourselves when we are in bad moments. But bad moments don't mean we can't create just a smile with a chest filled with gratitude every morning.

Instead of immediately thinking about your problems every time you wake up, you can choose to love yourself, do things that make you happy, even if it's only for a few minutes. Listen to happy music, drink tea or coffee, or just take a morning walk without the distraction of a cell phone, and greet your neighbors happy.

When we start the day feeling satisfied, the rest of the day we are calm. We will always see people who look down on us, just because we can't have what that person has. We will always receive ridicule from the social environment, but it will not make you any less happy if you yourself are calm with your own sufficiency. You feel like you have nothing to look at with envy because not everything in this world was created for us.

There are times when we feel sufficient, there are times when we feel we have to improve our self-development for various aspects of a better life.

If in the necessity of changing yourself for the better you feel quite satisfied, and choose to stay in a comfort and safe zone, it means you are failing to do your best.

It is time for us to do the best for ourselves. Stop to compare the things we have with others. There are times when we care to have enough and at other times feel that we have to improvise ourselves because a lot has changed and we will be left behind if we do not adapt and improvise with new things.

Don't forget to be grateful and try your best to increase your self-value.

Nice words, that's right, if we wake up and the first thing we think about is all the good things we have gone through and all that we have gained throughout our lives, that will motivate us to continue on the path. In general we tend to concentrate more on the problems, although there are exceptions where the problem is very serious and we must seek other types of help, not only with ourselves, but also with others.

My morning routine generally is I wake up, feed the cats (they come first, naturally ^_^), make my protein shake with coffee, and start doing chores. I am the most productive at that time, and even if I don't do a lot I find it is a good start to my day to feel like I accomplished something, even if it was just a little something. It helps my mood to feel better. :)

My sister and I were just discussing this the other day. She was most of her life a beta-type personality where I, on the other hand, am more of an alpha-type personality. It seems we are now changing places.

She is now much more self-assertive and I am now bit more hands off. It is funny how we change as we get older.
