It's too difficult for me, although I read this post completely. I understand one thing that curating is when you get noticed and you get paid if your post looks decent. I could be wrong though. Thanks you.

Exactly! But there are curation trails that ONE account upvote a post, and others (in a trail) follows and upvote it also (automatically)... That happens when you see that some post receives a lot of upvotes in a couple of seconds...
If you create quality posts and attract these curation trails regularly, you will attract BIGGER accounts also, and start earning bigger chunks of rewards on your posts...
