When I started with BTC. 1 BTC was worth 240$. As you said it went up to 20k$ and down even somewhere around 3000 and now it's back at 13k. What we shouldn't forget is that a currency like Hive is very easily manipulable in both directions. A huge percentage of hive is staked. The rest is traded on the markets. When you have splinterlands that plan to make a landsale and then you have plenty of people who buy DEC with hive, this can have a huge effect on the price of the currency. At the same time this scares others that want to kick hive off to buy BTC which is developping in the other direction. Hive hasn't become a bad token because of that. The added value is still there. Hive is still a hive and it's the best moment to accumulate.

I always try to do the contrary of what the masses are doing. If everybody sells, it's an opportunity to buy.

yeah and it goes against every ounce of our being...we see red, we turtle up and sell....we see green, we are happy and buy....

Need to switch that thinking to see real growth!

Still kicking myself in the ass for not getting into bitcoin early days as a tech nerd. Instead I "foolishly" studied my time away for a piece of paper. Markets make no sense, until you realize they do. If the use case has value, you hold until profit, and never sell in loss. Eventually that valuable project will go up again.

Just be sure to never invest or use money you are dependent on. This is why Hive is a huge outcome for most, as you can really get into crypto in a big way through this platform. As long as you are willing to put in the work and creativity.

Also, kudos to you guys for going at it for longer than half an hour.
