This week on LeoFinance I made a post that got a lot of attention...

The 3 tips for a rewarding experience on the blockchain

=> https://leofinance.io/@jongolson/3-tips-for-a-rewarding-experience-on-the-blockchain

Tonight, I really wanted to focus and zero in on...Point number 3!

One of the easiest things we can do on this chain, is reply to the people that comment on our posts....Yet so few do!

Why is that?

Time? Or is there another reason?

I think it's a must...and I dive into that using our trusty....5 steps checklist as a guide :)

Hope you enjoy the show!

So true. Never understood why people don't comment more. Ideally, the place would be 10% new content and 90% comments and engagement.

And that's what drives social media...The engagement!!

On my time on Hive, I've learned that answering comments is the one thing that we should never forget to do. Also I believe it's a good idea to comment not too long after the comments were made...

Just applying that on noise.cash and torm, I have amazing interaction there. In addition to that, I get a lot more comments on my posts that I link on these platforms.

Oh man, don't get me started on how awesome Noise.Cash is LOL

I'll be raving about them forever.

Maybe you should bring up more guests on live streams? It was super interesting the past time with @raymondspeaks... Or maybe you can bring up some "small" (still not cool) people from the CTP community... that would be even better...

Cool people are usually too "occupied" with work and themselves... With thinking that if they have money, only they are working hard, or invest time in their business... Missing the point of the community... It was nice to see cool people down on the ground when we split from the old blockchain, but slowly, we are going back to the same point...

And regarding H-E witness, the thing has settled down a bit and only movements toward down, are created by high votes from a cool guy...

That's a really good idea...I started that with the SteemSavvy member feature a few years ago, but bringing people up would be a great way to highlight the members.

Great suggestion!!

Good old days... Maybe we were broke, but the atmosphere was much better... Money spoils people... :)

That being said, an atmosphere or community can be created by the people. Ol' popular saying....Be the change you want to see in the world. ;)

I know for me personally, if I don't like something...I'll do my best to change what I'm doing to try to improve it.

Indeed! We have to work on ourselves to make this place a better place!

I think you always reply to any comment made on your posts, or at least you do to any comment I make. I try to do the same for any comment made on any post of mine as well. It is just courtesy I think. Its all about good relationships. Hell I have even been known to reply to a bot comment at times.

It's a no brainer for me, and the least I can do.

You spend a few minutes reading or watching my content, and then comment...Least I can do is give you a little vote and reply :)

Okay...let me just get back on my chair...after the shake...lol! It was actually fun. It makes it real!

Jokes aside...Thanks for this awesome video content. What popped into my mind as I was listening to you, was... By engaging, commenting, and replying to comments, by creating content, you will actually start learning more about yourself too.

I know, this is an issue I am currently kind of dealing with... "What if I write something that nobody really cares about?"

What I realized while listening to you, is to forget about the "what if's". Start creating content. If you don't know what to write, start commenting. By engaging, you will eventually find your own strong points and also find what is of interest to others as well.

But this can only be achieved by getting active and stop thinking about it.

Part of what I've learned by reading a lot of Seth Godin over the years...

Ship (produce) your content and put it out in the world...After that, the market will decided what to do with it. But you won't get any results if you don't...Ship!

Very nice points. Not only show up ,just for posting but for interaction.
No need to panic if you see long-term.
