My Weekly Report for Week 13

This is my second last report for this project. Yes, I am in week #13 out of 14 weeks.

Starting from zero and having no clue as to what to expect, I set out and started taking action by just showing up and doing the tasks as described in the Start Earning Today program.

I started this project during the last half of April. After being active for some time, I decided it would be realistic to reach the amount of about $30.00 by the end of July.

I have reached my $30.00 target one week ahead of time.

I have to be honest though, I've never been much of a marketer. Thus, I haven't done much promotion besides posting the links in my posts.

I've added some of the splash pages to some traffic exchanges but hey, I had no idea what I was doing...lol!

Now the time has come for me to get more familiar with marketing, promoting, and using traffic exchanges.

As mentioned, I've never been a "marketing guy", so this is a new challenge by itself. I suppose it is about adopting a new mindset and if I want to make this worth my while, I'll have to learn a new skill set...or two...or three...

What I do like, is the kind of advice I received from @maddogmike when he advised me to rather stake more of my CTP tokens so that they can accumulate faster with curation awards (thank you, Mike).

But, by not promoting and marketing also, you leave a lot of money on the table so to speak...

Stats For Week 13:

The first thing I did, as suggested to me, was to stake 700 CTP tokens, which means I now have 730 CTP tokens staked.

The way I've done my weekly reports up until now was focused on growth in dollar value. This will cause my figures to look as if I have lost a lot of value now, which is not the case.

So, what I'll do this week and also with the last report for this project, is to use the total values as indicated in the Hive block for my Hive-Engine wallet. This is just to keep a dollar value for the sake of achieving my target in dollar value.

As from next week, I will not be so concerned about a specific dollar value in general as I would start focusing more on growing token values.

• Learning From This Reports

The Start Earning Today program is an excellent way to start generating income online. It is also a great way to get introduced to and learn more about the world of cryptocurrency.

I am especially interested in accumulating bitcoin and I am super excited about the start of a possible breakout that we can see in the bitcoin price currently.

I have opened a bitcoin position on July 21 and at the time of writing this post (6 days later), I am 61% in profit.

I am excited and looking forward to learning more about cryptocurrencies, trading, and marketing and also building some new relationships in the process.

In the process of learning, you find many opportunities to learn and develop skills in many areas.
