We never forget anything and that everything we find in our lives is preserved!

Having an excellent memory is widely regarded as a great gift and talent that we must all work hard to develop. We never forget anything and that everything we find in our lives is preserved, even if it is not consciously recorded with us. It is not our memories that are not perfect, but our ability to remember stored information.

Some people seem to remember everything that is requested. Other people sometimes forget important things but seem to be able to remember the most relevant facts about TV shows, movies, songs, bands, books, and other small things, often from childhood, at will.

Unless you're one of those lucky people who never seems to forget anything, you'll probably want to improve their appeal. One of the simplest and most effective things you can do is never say my memory is terrible or I can't remember it or It's gone because it's like telling your subconscious not to bother looking for the answer. Instead, you try to say it'll come to me in a minute, and if you think you'll wait for it and confidently, almost certainly, often when you least expect it and be busy. This has probably happened to you before, and with practice, you will be surprised at how effective this simple technique can be.

There are times when it's much better to be able to forget quickly. Do you realize how quickly we can forget to have a direct impact on our ability to achieve our best performance?

I'm not talking about being able to forget the things we read, see, learn, or that the important fact can be found in our business or our personal lives. I am referring to the ease with which we can recover and forget the negative effects that we all inevitably suffer from setbacks and disappointments.

Some people may have negative feelings towards another person due to one or the other incident, for an incredible amount of time. Insignificant incidents can be incredible. Mountains can certainly be made of moles. Close friends and family can become enemies. Some people spend so much time thinking about how much they don't like someone who becomes an important part of their life. They often forget the original incident, but the feelings remain.

The other person may not even be aware of the extreme feeling that is directed at them. The sad fact is that in these cases it is the person who brings the negative feelings that suffer. They can get sick anyway, and they're probably going to blame the other person.

I think, or at least I hope, that these scenarios are the exception rather than the rule. But it's worth thinking about how quickly we recover and try to increase these skills.

Are you still angry about a minor incident or disagreement with your partner, friend, or colleague, hours, or even days after the event? Repeat the incident over and over again in your head and you can't forget it?
Many people are even tougher on themselves. It is possible to spend so much time mentally fighting for something, it completely prevents us from moving forward.

It depends on the severity of the accident. Sometimes we just have to try to be more tolerant and less demanding. But there is no doubt that the reproduction and repetition of negative events and feelings are destructive and useless and there will be no quality.

Sometimes we may not be able to completely forget, but at least we must be able to forgive and move on, either someone else or ourselves. I know that this can be said more easily than done and that pride and all kinds of other emotions may be involved. Sometimes an open conversation or a full interruption may be the only solution.

There are no established rules, except that it is infinitely better to do something than let things burn and do nothing! Otherwise, we may waste a lot of time and energy or prepare for future remorse.

Life is too short it can be a tired old cliché, but it's true. Haven't we earned the best possible life? The sooner we can overcome all kinds of setbacks, the sooner we will return to our level of excellence and make real and advanced progress in our lives. And we will certainly be much happier.

Yeah, I ignored it first, but looking at the price and people taking interest in Blurt made me rethink and do the Math, kinda lucrative it is :) 1 Million Blurt would be enough for being a Whale there at this nominal price. Secondly, the token is listed on the Hive Engine either. You can post the same articles you posting on Hive thus killing two birds with 1 stone :)
#Ctp az zoon az I hit 1 lakh ctp, would take on Blurt then :)
Cheerz! 🍻

To remember or to forget? That is the question today... :)

You have made some great points in the post...

There are times when it's much better to be able to forget quickly. Do you realize how quickly we can forget to have a direct impact on our ability to achieve our best performance?

I was just discussing about this and how lucky I am that I can forget some things if I want... Of course, it works for "smaller" things... not so painful, but still helps... :)

Repeat the incident over and over again in your head and you can't forget it?
Many people are even tougher on themselves. It is possible to spend so much time mentally fighting for something, it completely prevents us from moving forward.

And this is one of the worst things that can happen to anyone... It can lead to some serious psychological problems without the possibility to "reverse" the process...

Thank you for this post.
I needed to hear (read) it to remind me how important it is to take action, instead of letting things fester. Life indeed is way too short.

Blessed weekend!
