There are 10 days left in the CTP Power Up Challenge

We have 10 days left until the end of this challenge and the results are already amazing. So far 42 people have enrolled and 37 among them have powered up some CTP tokens!

Together all the participants have powered up 16'162 CTP tokens!

For the people watching the video, there will be a little bonus that can help you for the challenge!

You can still take part

Simply post a screen capture of your actual CTP stake into a comment below this post and this will be your starting point for the challenge. The challenge will end on 22nd of february 12:00 CET. At that moment, we will check how much each of the participants has powered up CTP tokens. The price money of 40 CTPSB tokens will be distributed among the participants, according to the amount of tokens that they powered up.

This is my current CTP Power! However, I only joined this community around 3 days ago and started on 0, so I've powered up 4 156.446 CTP in 3 days, any bonus for that haha

Guess my rank isn't going up too much, but I guess if you look at it in %, I gained quite a bit. I have been commenting often but not really posting much.

You increased your stake by 21%. This is definitely notworthy! This challenge is to encourage people to stake CTP tokens whatever size their portofolio is. Once you have some stake cumulated you can make it grow simply by upvoting other people's posts containint the #ctp tag. That's the whole magic of this blockchain :-)

Also, what's the CTPSB token? How is it difference to CTP?

Great to be a part of it! I just wanted to know a little bit more about CTPSB after reading the website. Is it just a holding token (you don't stake it)? Does it pays out other tokens/dividends or is the idea for the value of the CTPSB token to go up over time as the Hive Power increases of the CTPSB account through curation rewards/posts etc?

The initial idea of the project was to fund a big account to upvote the people in the community. In a way it's a holding token that you don't need to stake. In a way it can only gain in value (expressed in hive). It grows through curation and post rewards. Thanks to the delegations in hive, there is a nice leverage effect that allows the token to grow at a very fast rate. Delegators get paid weekly dividends in CTP that are financed with the curation rewards in H-E tokens.

We have a kind of market maker that replicates the theoretical value of the token on the market. There is normally a spread of around 4% so that the market maker can grow together with the token.

I checked your account and I saw that you powered up 264 CTP tokens just two days ago. What I did, I took your stake just before that as the starting point. Like that you have already 264 tokens in the race. Hope that's ok for you :-)
