As i'm still wrapping my head around Crytpo. The only question I have right now is what is the best Coin to invest in for long term and coins that are best for short term?

@mba2020 - as I work on understanding this stuff, albeit at a minuscule level; there are some things that I figure will open me up to understanding it more. I figure that is definitely one, I would like to hear their views on from both a negative and positive standpoint.
Need assistance as I must be missing/forgetting a step in the process: I have 1.00 Hive in my Hive wallet and want to trade it for Index on Hive Engine market screen but that screen is not showing the one hive it is showing zero swap.hive. How do I get the hive into the hive exchange wallet so I can make the purchase.

You need to bring it over through either Hive Engine (deposit) or Leo Dex (deposit)
Hive on the blockchain need to become swap.hive so you can use it on hive engine.

I had the same question last month. I see Jon answered it below. Also if you are trying to cash out a coin you just need to withdraw it. I had to ask that question also last month :-D
The funny part is I went back and watched a few of the hive training videos but did not see that piece of the transaction. Now I know. Today INDEX was down to 0.39 last week I purchased it at 0.50 I changed my mind and staked the 1 hive that I had, it will currently earn me more hive that way. I will get more INDEX with the small earnings from tokens that I am not focusing on at this time.

is it good to invest in crypto as opposed to finding a use like we do on CTPtalk?
It seems some are just good to use. others to invest in. I have not invested per say in Crypto. I just buy it to use it.
I have wondered if BTC is the best for investment?

How will capital gains taxes effect cryptos?
It seems it would make it riskier than it already is.
Question 1: Would it be beneficial for someone to start their membership site on the blockchain?
Question 2: What are the pros & cons of having a domain on the blockchain?
Question 3: Would you recommend that Hivers move there sites from traditional hosting to the blockchain?
If I ask all of my questions here I won't have any left for the CryptoManiacs Podcast. I did write a review on Apple gave it 5 stars :-)
