Feedback from the August 1st Hive Power Up Day

For the HE tokens, why is it the price fluctuates so much? I noticed that almost all the tokens value where up following the SPS airdrop and Bitcoin hitting $40k. Some have held on to their increase while others dropped lower than they were prior to these events. I am having a hard time understanding which of the tokens will hodl their value and which are just play tokens (here today gone tomorrow).

For example, POB was around $0.70 two months ago and now it is way down but other tokens have rebounded.
Any advise?

What is the best approach to position ourselves to earn well when 3Speak explodes. I’m FOMOing a bit on Splinterlands, but I never ever was a gamer, so I forgive myself a bit. I am trying to figure it out, but won’t sweat it. Don’t want to lose out on 3Speak’s big move.

I would like to ask what would be the future for you of the tokens related to music, I started playing Rising Star because I love music especially the new bands and I find it a very entertaining game especially that I can hear new interpreters, but these tokens would be a good investment?

I had a very good talk today online. The guy said that being on Hive is so rewarding. He can create contacts, build his influence and network in a very positive environment. Earning money while doing it is a nice side effect. When you think about it, it's a total no brainer to be on Hive. Why are there not more people on Hive? Because 99% of the general population has never heard about it. What could be the steps to let these 99% know about the amazing potential of this blockchain?

If I wanted to invest $1,000 into Hive and Hive-Engine tokens with a long term goal. What would be some tokens I should look into and learn about so that I could invest in them? What if I wanted to invest short term?

My question is on Splinterlands I don't seem to get it?
Can I start for free? and how much for the cheapest card in there?
Lastly, For me to understand this game more is there any other game I can play to help me grasp how the game works?

I see all this talk about regulation. What do you think that will do to the crypto markets? Will it halt their growth?

With the Kingdoms, it's pretty much set and forget!
However, I still have the farms working...do you still have yours farming or should be better or even more stable just withdraw everything from the Farms and flip what is possible to Kingdoms?

I know there are White Papers, Blue Papers, Red Papers, Syracuse Papers and Pink Fluffy Unicorns bouncing on rainbows
But how do you explain to a newbie to Blockchain platforms such as HIVE, where HIVE comes from.
eg: how come a person can earn HIVE by writing some words when they start with nothing. Where does it come from.
I mean Gold is a resource that can be dug up, just like Coal.
HIVE manifests out of thin air - this is a concept that many newcomers and old timers alike, do not understand

1. how much percentage of hive blockchain is de-centralised?
2. what is required to make it completely de-centralised?
