I think it's coming. And with SPS, it's opened up a lot more for entrepreneurs to make some good returns within Splinterlands alone.
Again, it comes back to adoption. I feel like the easier it is for every day people, entrepreneurs included, to actually get their feet wet...More people will start staying around, poking around and building more things on chain.
It's coming, very quickly.
You are right, don't blink or you might miss it. Splinterlands is taking off, INDEX has added additional tokens to its holdings, Alive just announced it is working on paying dividends on it's staked Alive tokens, and 3Speak is working on something as well. There are probably many, many more announcements like these in the works that we are not yet aware. Now is not the time to slow down on your efforts but to double them to be able to participate in all the growth happening on the hive platform.
Currently, an entrepreneur could easily supplement their income using Hive applications. I believe with the right combination of Hive applications and time dedication from an entrepreneur, once they establish a brand and build their following (list) on Hive it would be possible to make a living.
Starting a business is hard both online and offline. The entrepreneur would need to create a plan that would identify which community or communities they would focus. Then establish long term goals for each area of that plan, followed by short and medium term goals. Their goals should also include strategies for passive income as well.
Using the tools and training that have been provided through CTP, if they are consistently applying themselves and following the plan they have established, a steady growing income could be achieved.
The hive platform has lots of opportunity for a new entrepreneur. The challenge would be for that newbie to stay focused on their plan. Hive has so much that it would be easy for someone to become distracted from their task at hand which would use up their available hive resources (VP and RS). I learned this from experience and had to adjust along the way.
It all goes back to if you think you can then you can.
I think Hive and its entire ecosystem has a great future, an example is the games on the platform, every day they grow more, investors are seeing a great investment potential in Hive which is very beneficial for everyone in the community. I think that investing in the blockchain is better than having the money in a bank with its centralized system, and yes you can live from Hive.
I agree with everything you stated. I wonder if the other Hive platform games will follow Splinterlands lead.
It will come we need more like Splinterlands on hive get get mass adoption then you will be able to. Hive engine will be a great help as well, as 3speak , leo, ctp , SPI and a few others will make it happen.
There is a lot happening here on hive. It is hard to keep up with it all. I only hope that I am ready when others on Hive follow suit.
Just as simple as the blogging platform, it is the perfect place for content marketing!
Personally, it helped me build a following and provide value in my content enough to build relationships and trust and eventually share content and provide value about my business.
The blogging platform is just the tip of the iceberg!
The video and stream platform, the games!
To think this is just the beginning, that we are still early in the game!
Not sure what we can do more besides be stubborn and keep showing up, it's up to others to be open-minded and embrace the change.
That is the truth. There are so many tools at our disposal on the hive platform. The opportunity is handed to us, now it is up to us to make it happen.
