Seriously, lets use the analogy of we need to be like the trees this fall.
Let all the crap, negativity, burdens, and restrictions fall off and be gone.
We can the grow stronger, we will be more alive than before.

YES! I love what you wrote...so so true. Let go of what no longer serves us & negativity on the toxic level serves no one. And yes, we WILL become stronger & in many ways, we are already. The more we work on ourselves & grow, we will BE the positive change in the world.
