All my life I've thought that one of the greatest qualities that human beings have is "gratitude"; beyond humility, simplicity, charisma, the ability to give, to make happy, to help, etc, I think that the fact of being grateful with the hands that have given us positive things, with God or with life itself for every present that we live is an incredible quality that allows us to enjoy this life to the fullest.

Thanks to @jesymarcano92 I've decided to join this great challenge of not only making 30 publications in a row, but also taking a moment to be grateful for everything that @vaneaventuras puts before us in the post where the idea was born, which you can read by clicking here; I feel it's a good opportunity to connect with my experiences, with my own being and let flow the great amount of things I've to thank for the fact of being who I'm today, so, let's start.

It is very likely that any person at some point in their life has felt immersed in deep frustration, whether it is due to unfulfilled goals, grudges, disappointments of any kind, etc., which have led them to despair and the fact that they feel they deserve more and are blind to the fact that they may be in a better position than others, but sometimes ambitions do not allow us to see beyond.

Just 6 years ago I understood that in life you have to be grateful for everything, even the bad things that happen to you because they make you grow, they make you live in a fuller way, it is complicated to accept it and let it be, but I have always thought that life is balance and that good things never happen to us all the time nor bad things all the time, everything is punctual.

Mi vida y las ironías | My life and the ironies

With respect to what I said before, my life has been enveloped in a sea of ironies that make it quite special; an example of this is the fact that when I was very young, let's say from birth until I was 8 or 9 years old, I was a millionaire, literally. My family had a lot of economic power and I lived on luxury, on having the best toys, the best clothes, on going on trips twice a month while many friends of mine didn't even have cable TV, they came to watch TV at my house.

Many times I felt incredibly frustrated because my parents did not buy me the toy I wanted and I could say that I had a rather arrogant and quite conceited attitude with my things, I was always telling lies to impress others because I liked to fit in everything and always be the center of attention, then, if I saw that someone had something more expensive or luxurious than me, it bothered me and I felt that I had to have something better, that is, my life revolved around envy, despite having everything, I felt that nothing satisfied me.

When I was 12 years old, my parents were separated, they lost their jobs due to changes in the politics of my country (Venezuela) since my parents had high positions within the political world, we ended up quite badly. Even, living alone with my mother for a while, it reached a point of default with the rent of the apartment where we lived that one day we simply lost everything, because we were evicted, the National Guard came from my country and confiscated everything in that apartment.

I lost clothes, a closet full of toys that I never used, luxurious furniture that only carried dust, a television and many other things, I could only keep the clothes I had on and a change of clothes that they let me keep in a bag, in addition to my pet from that time. You can imagine how terrible it was for a child to end up on the street, I had to move to an aunt's house (which I love very much, that made things a little easier), I lived there for a while before moving back to the area where I lived with my dad.

When we arrived, we had to start from scratch, totally, we had no furniture, only a bed, a kitchen and a fridge; from then on, it was us against destiny. Many times I lasted days without eating, sometimes I only ate once a day and so the times were changing, life started smiling at me again, but before that it had to give me a lesson which was called: Humility.

Thanks to that moment, I understood many things; I know what it's to have everything, I know what it's to have nothing, I know what abundance is, I know what starving and desperation is, I know what it's to be cold because I don't have a blanket, I know what it's to have two blankets and three pillows for myself, in short, I know how life balances out and for that I feel grateful.

There were situations in my life, where I thought I had no way out and felt that nothing made sense to me anymore; yes, it is difficult to talk about this subject, but many times I had the desire to end my life motivated by great and deep depressions, because that life of lies, deceit and other things, only generated a lot of things that I had to pay for in order to be who I am today, and I almost don't tell the story.

I needed psychological help for a while to get out of that difficult situation because suicidal thoughts were more and more recurrent in me, in my day to day life, but I was able to cope with the situation and today I love my life too much and I feel more and more like growing and achieving every goal I decide to set for myself, besides the fact that I have dedicated myself to helping every person I can to get out of difficult situations or to bring them something positive in their lives to improve what they already have built in their own trajectories.

I feel that I have a great mission in this life, and music has given me the way to channel it, so today more than ever I am grateful to be alive and to have this gift of being able to carry a message with my voice, to be able to brighten up lives with it and to have had the opportunity to remedy my past mistakes and to seek to be my best.

¡Acepto el reto! | I accept the challenge!

As a content creator, there is nothing that excites me more than joining a challenge that forces me to create, because many times my sense of self-discipline fails me and I need some motivation to do so, this challenge is perfect for that.

So I have decided to accept this challenge of making a post diary to thank, of course not all will be written, some will be on video because I want to vary, depending on the appreciation of that particular day.

Thanks a lot to @vaneaventuras for this great challenge! Thanks to @jeysmarcano92 for inspiring me to join! And of course, thanks to @jaynie for this beautiful space known as Power House Creatives to make life as a creator, these 30 publications will go there and will be great, I know.
