Gracias a @yonilkar que compartió la publicación de @eugelys en el grupo del #TeamTwitterVzla fue que me enteré de este concurso de @jainey donde nos invita a analizar y contarle a toda la comunidad cuáles son nuestros actuales pensamientos sobre #Hive y me siento en un buen punto para hacerlo, a mi parecer.
Thanks to @yonilkar who shared the publication of @eugelys in the #TeamTwitterVzla group was that I found out about this contest by @jainey where he invites us to analyze and tell the whole community what our current thoughts are on #Hive and I feel in a good position to do so, in my opinion.
El jueves pasado fui la presentadora del #HiveChat número 16 (acá les dejo la invitación al mismo) y hace aproximadamente 5 días participé en la iniciativa de @theycallmedan llamada "¿Cómo la tecnología de las criptomonedas y las blockchains ha impactado en mis finanzas personales?" (acá les dejo la publicación en la comunidad #LeoFinance) y la interacción fuerte que tuve con la comunidad a través de ambas actividades, tanto el #HiveChat (que haré una publicación al respecto pronto) y la iniciativa de Dan, me dieron suficiente material para darle mayor forma a mis ideas respecto a Hive en la actualidad y en cómo la veo a futuro.
Después de estás actividades, mi pensamiento fundamental sobre que lo más importante de Hive y cualquier red social descentralizada y/o blockchain es ¡Su comunidad!
Last Thursday I was the host of #HiveChat number 16 (aqui les dejo the invitation to it) and about 5 days ago I participated in @theycallmedan's initiative called "How has the technology of crypto-currencies and blockchains impacted my personal finances" (aqui les dejo the publication in the community #LeoFinance) and the strong interaction I had with the community through both the #HiveChat (which I will publish soon) and Dan's initiative, gave me enough material to further shape my ideas about Hive today and how I see it in the future.
After these activities, my fundamental thought about what is most important about Hive and any decentralised and/or blockchain social network is your community!
En Hive llevo casi 8 meses conviviendo con la basta y gran comunidad que aquí emerge, he hecho lo humanamente posible para ser constante en mis publicaciones, por eso decidí hacer el reto de agradecimiento y hoy en día comencé el reto del #BloggingChallenge para que mi frase de "Insistir, resistir, persistir y jamas desistir" ante la bajada de animo para publicar por diversos motivos (como que a mi mamá le dio COVID) siempre sea un mantra positivo con el que me despierto y con el que me acuesto en mente, porque la idea es siempre estar día a día intentando algo nuevo, mantenerte siempre en movimiento, estar siempre atento.
Gracias a la constante comunicación que tengo con diversos grupos en Hive logré dos puestos que para mí son importantes, que son ser moderadora en @hispapro y en @hivemexico, ambos puestos me han permitido conocer de más cerca muchísimo más a la comunidad y me ayudaron a lograr la valentía suficiente de tomar la decisión de ser presentadora de un evento como el del jueves pasado (acá te dejo las métricas publicadas por @enrique89 que demuestran la gran participación de la comunidad).
Todo eso que te he contado previamente me llevó al punto al que deseo llegar: la comunidad. Hive es una gran blockchain con demasiados beneficios y un increíble potencial que no todos conocen pero la pregunta principal es ¿por qué no lo conocen? En una publicación realizada hace poco por @danielvehe (acá te dejo su publicación) menciona que Hive es una gran oportunidad de negocios, de inversión, de ganancia pero que nadie conoce y muchos se pierden, él propone un equipo de marketing pero Hive es descentralizado, ¿cómo puede tener un equipo de marketing? Exacto, nosotros mismos, los que hacemos vida DENTRO de Hive debemos ser su equipo de marketing, nosotros mismos debemos ser sus evangelizadores (sé que se lee raro pero es así, es el mejor ejemplo) porque nosotros somos la prueba viviente de todas sus maravillas y bondades.
In Hive I have been living with the vast and great community that emerges here for almost 8 months, I have done what is humanly possible to be constant in my publications, so I decided to make the challenge of appreciation and today I started the challenge of #BloggingChallenge to make my phrase "Insist, resist, To persist and never give up" in the face of the decline in the spirit to publish for various reasons (such as my mother being given COVID) is always a positive mantra with which I wake up and go to bed with in mind, because the idea is to always be trying something new every day, to always keep you moving, to always be on the lookout.
Thanks to the constant communication that I have with various groups in Hive, I have achieved two positions that are important to me, which are to be moderator in @hispapro and in @hivemexico. Both positions have allowed me to get to know the community much better and helped me achieve the courage to make the decision to be the presenter of an event like last Thursday's (here I leave you the metrics published by @enrique89 that show the great participation of the community).
All that I have told you previously led me to the point I want to reach: the community. Hive is a big blockchain with too many benefits and an incredible potential that not everybody knows about but the main question is why they don't know about it? In a recent publication by @danielvehe (aqui te dejo his publication) he mentions that Hive is a great business, investment and profit opportunity that nobody knows about and many are lost. He proposes a marketing team but Hive is decentralised, how can you have a marketing team? Exactly, we ourselves, those who make life WITHIN Hive must be its marketing team, we ourselves must be its evangelists (I know it reads funny but it's like that, it's the best example) because we are the living proof of all its wonders and goodness.
¿A dónde deseo llegar con todo esto? Es que debemos como usuarios activos de Hive educar a los usuarios tan activos, o no tanto como nosotros, sobre la importancia de la blockchain, sobre la importancia de una economía descentralizada y transparente, y la diferencia entre criptomoneda o token, muchísimos temas que el común denominador no sabe (si no me creen, miren todas las personas que participaron en la iniciativa de Dan) y no lo digo de forma despectiva, lo digo de forma positiva porque TODOS nacemos ignorantes pero no podemos llamar ignorante a un pez por no poder escalar una montaña (parafraseando la frase de Albert Einstein) pero si sabemos que el pez tiene las capacidades para lograrlo, entonces está de nuestra parte ayudarlo a emprender su camino hacia el sendero de la montaña y enseñarle a escalar.
Mi opinión es que debemos unirnos, educarnos y potenciarnos, empoderarnos, así lograremos potenciar Hive. Dejar los dramas, dejar peleas atrás. Las novelas del pasado dejarlas en el pasado y concentrarnos en el presente porque estamos viviendo el futuro, estamos disfrutando de la web 3.0 la cual es transparente, inmutable, increíble.
Where do I want to go with all this? It's that we must as active users of Hive educate users who are as active, or not as active as we are, about the importance of the blockchain, about the importance of a decentralised and transparent economy, and the difference between cryptomoney or token, a lot of issues that the common denominator doesn't know about (if you don't believe me, look at all the people who participated in Dan's initiative) and I don't mean that in a derogatory way, I say this in a positive way because we are ALL born ignorant but we can't call a fish ignorant because it can't climb a mountain (to paraphrase Albert Einstein's phrase) but if we know that the fish has the capacities to do so, then it is on our side to help it start on its way to the mountain path and to teach it how to climb.
My opinion is that we must unite, educate and empower ourselves, and in this way we will succeed in empowering Hive. Leave the dramas behind, leave the fights behind. Leave the novels of the past in the past and concentrate on the present because we are living the future, we are enjoying the web 3.0 which is transparent, immutable, incredible.
