I think this is a good idea and hopefully people will make some better posts for the challenge. I think the incentives are good, you can always evolve it as necessary down the road if need be.

Thanks Mike, yeah with this we incentivize both listbuilding and better posts, maybe I should change the levels to 250 words and 500 words instead, what do you think?

I don't think there is much difference between 250 - 300 words, maybe try it out and see what happens. You can always change it later if it is to much.

Yeah maybe, but on the other hand 250 words is half of 500 words, and that keeps the levels more consistent, and even 250 words is a big improvement for many.
