Hola hermosas amantes del maquillaje, desde que vi esta iniciativa de nuestra amiga @tefyart me propuse a participar, primero para practicar y segundo porque me encantan los años 60.
Hello beautiful makeup lovers, since I saw this initiative of our friend @tefyart I decided to participate, first to practice and secondly because I love the 60s.
Una década donde surgió una nueva mentalidad sobre el amor, el sexo, la familia y los valores. Consolidado por los movimientos estudiantiles y la juventud, hubo muchos movimientos que reclamaban un nuevo rumbo y gritaban una nueva manera de vivir.
A decade where a new mentality about love, sex, family and values emerged. Consolidated by student movements and youth, there were many movements that demanded a new direction and shouted for a new way of living.
Eran tiempos de soñar... | It was a time to dream...
Lo que más me gusta de esta época, es que aquellos que estaban sometidos bajo estereotipos o racismo reclamaban su espacio, esto incluyó mujeres, latinos, afroamericanos... Etc. El mundo crecía y ya era necesario gozarlo por igual.
Una década de grandes y bonitos cambios, el inicio de una nueva era. Mi maquillaje inspirado en los años 60, traté de transmitir esa lucha por la igualdad que tuvieron las mujeres, desapegandose de toda creencia que sostuviera que solo era posible sobrevivir en matrimonio.
Aunque estoy a favor del matrimonio, no estoy de acuerdo en que se piense que es la única forma de una mujer surgir. Estamos llenas de capacidades y cualidades maravillosas.
Utilice mi maquillaje de uso diario, con mi tónico y crema hidratante previo al maquillaje.
También utilice:
- Base de maquillaje
- Paleta de sombras
- Lápiz delineador de ojos
- Labial carmesí
- Rimel para pestañas
- Polvo compacto
- Sombra para cejas
What I like most about this era is that those who were subjected to stereotypes or racism claimed their space, this included women, Latinos, African Americans.... Etc. The world was growing and it was necessary to enjoy it equally.
A decade of great and beautiful changes, the beginning of a new era. My make-up was inspired by the 60's, I tried to transmit that struggle for equality that women had, detaching themselves from any belief that held that it was only possible to survive in marriage.
Although I am in favor of marriage, I do not agree that it is the only way for a woman to emerge. We are full of wonderful capabilities and qualities.
Use my everyday makeup, with my pre-makeup toner and moisturizer.
Also use:
- Foundation
- Eyeshadow palette
- Eyeliner pencil
- Crimson lipstick
- Eyelash mascara
- Pressed powder
- Eyebrow shadow
Preparé mi piel con una buena higiene, la hidrate y proseguí a el delineado de mis cejas.
I prepared my skin with a good hygiene, moisturized it and proceeded to outline my eyebrows.
Este paso me encanta porque mis cejas por lo general no son muy oscuras, y al delinearlas y marcarlas se ven definidas y simétricas.
Una vez delineadas me apliqué la base y corrector de ojeras para darle una textora uniforme a mi piel.
I love this step because my eyebrows are usually not very dark, and by lining and marking them they look defined and symmetrical.
Once lined, I applied foundation and concealer to give my skin an even texture.
Apliqué una sobra color crema (casi imperceptible 😅) pero les aseguró que está ahí, y luego hice un delineado, este es el reto que aún no logro superar, admito que siempre uno me queda mejor que el otro, sin embargo sigo practicando hasta lograr la excelencia porque esta parte del maquillaje le da profundidad a mi mirada y me encanta.
I applied a cream color surplus (almost imperceptible 😅) but I assure you it's there, and then I did an eyeliner, this is the challenge that I still can't overcome, I admit that always one looks better than the other, however I keep practicing until I achieve excellence because this part of the makeup gives depth to my look and I love it.

Quise conseguir un outfit más acorde a la época, sin embargo fue lo más acertado que conseguí.
I wanted to get an outfit more in line with the time, however it was the most successful I got.
