Day 1118 | Watching Football, Reps & 2-Hour Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a solid Thursday with 3 matches from the Belgian Playoffs on the program to mostly fill my day with. I did eat heathly again which really is starting to become a habit after 18 straight days and continue to drink plenty of water (3.8 Liter yesterday). I also continue to daily reps and went on another enjoyable 2-hour walk in the evening.
