Day 1112 | 2-Hour+ Walk & Kitchen Time


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was another good day as I managed to be quite productive while eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, and going on another 2-Hour walk to have some kitchen time preparing fresh vegetable lasagna for the weekend. I will make saturday into a reps-day similar to last week but this time being less harsh on my legs as it took 3 full days to recover last week.
