Hello 3speak and CTPtalk, this is Erik Gustafsson, @flaxz on Steem, 3speak and CTPtalk, and in this video I talk about @thisisawesome, and how we work to reward awesome content.

So this project is run by me @flaxz, and I also have the help from Team Awesome, @ph1102 and @pixiepost, and they make an outstanding job moderating the CTP and 2020Vision posts.

The goals are to "highlight Awesome Content, and growing the Steem ecosystem by rewarding it", that's the short version basically.

It's not a ranking system, but it's a project that aims to encourage activity and creativity by rewarding content that stands out on it's own merits, and to do so by including many people from certain areas of Steem, and that is why we also have categories for them.

We can of course not do everything all over Steem, but we do what we can in the categories that we focus on and that we believe has a great potential to make the Steem blockchain grow into the future.
