If our bodies are our temples are they not also our castle? What’s the difference you might wonder, plenty I can say!

Temple; a place of worship and prayer establishing deep rooted beliefs in something greater then yourself often made of stone or brick.

Castle; a stronghold of war where refuge is taken when undergoing siege in belief it’s stone walls will protect you.

The only things that are similar between the two is they are made from a lasting substance and hold importance for our futures.

Though the temple is for worship and a castle invokes thoughts of war when looking within we discover their meanings are aligned. Your temple being the body to which all of you is housed in. The castle being the protective walls you may carry. The temple worship keeps you healthy and situated to be all that you may be. Your castle is the area within you can seek refuge when life comes to siege.

Worship your temple and build your walls strong, this is the world we can build within.
