Brora opened scoring through Jordan MacRae' in the 12th minutes but the goal was cancelled by Christophe Berra of Hearts in the 70th minutes who appeared to have saved the team blushes.

Apparently the game wasn't over when Martin MacLean goal in the 75 minutes sent the Highland team to the third round against all odds where they will now face League two side Stranraer.

Hearts lead Scotland's second tier by 16 points and went into the game without a defeat in nine games while Brora have only managed three league games all season.

The loss has to go down in history as one of the biggest considering Hearts a championship club played against a part time team that last saw football in January due to the covid-19 lockdown.
