Say it with flowers

Say it with flowers

For this post I will share a few shots of flowers, for no other reason than I have taken many photos of flowers since they started blooming and felt like sharing some

But that said this post will cover two challenges
Beautiful Sunday By @ace108,
Who can deny the beauty of flowers and how seeing them blooming and so colorful isn't a thing of beauty

and
Sublime Sunday, created by @c0ff33a,
Sublime because of the lovely and not so subtle colors of nature.
I know some are greta with knowing the names of all kinds of flowers, but thats not me, I call this a yellow and orange flower,

Now I do know these are coneflowers, as they are the official flower of the city I live in. now even though this one is showing some damage I think it is still beautiful, some only see the beauty in things that they perceive as perfect, but even damaged or less than perfect I feel everything has beauty in it sown right.

Now another flower the same type as in the first photo but just one on its own this time, I actually came out at the time I got these shots top get some shots of Monarch butterflies, which may be an hour or less earlier I had seen many of them all around these flowers, but I did not have my camera with me, but when I came back out not one butterfly was anywhere to be seen, they do tease me like that LOL

Another flower that I have no idea what it is but I liked its color

And that’s all folks Have a super Sunday

I like that you included the damaged flower. While we tend to like flowers based on their color and attractiveness, the flower's color is intended to attract insects that will help the plant survive.

I don't know any of these flowers, but yellow, orange, pink and blue flowers match quite well, I think 😉
Beautiful shots, JJ, I like the second yellow flower photo most 😊

You're much welcome my friend :)

One day they bloom, and the next day they are gone. Often I think, I have to photograph some flowers at my mum's house, but when I am there next time there are no flowers anymore ;)

This is, why you should take a photo, when you see it, because the scene will never be the same again. That's not so easy, so often I drive somewhere and see something beautiful, but I don't have time, or I'm to lazy...

I wish you a great work day too - your's has just begun and mine is already over 😁

Yes that is very true, I now what you mean about driving and seeing something i also see things from the train on my commute and think its a good think I am on the train or I would be taking detours to get shots and m commute time would be another hour or two and its already long enough already LOL

Right now I am sitting at the Lake Ossiach and sunrays shone beautifully through the clouds on the lake.
While I was thinking whether I should photograph it with the polarizer alone or with an additional ND filter, the cloud closed its window and my photo opportunity was gone 😭
Hopefully your first work day this week is OK. Mine was quite stressfull, so that I don't even mind getting wet when I am riding to the next lake now, because the clouds are getting darker 😎⛈️

Sorry t hear you had a stressful day, MIne has been so quiet almost to quite and boring makes the day drag on so much
I hope you get some good scenes and shots at the next lake and do not get too wet

Never mind ;)
I did not take one single photo with the camera, but one with my phone, which I needed for a reply

The ride was very nice and good for me to calm down after this work day. A few minutes after I came home the sky got gray and we have had a bad thunderstorm for about 15 minutes - I came home dry, but my son has got soaked again ;)

Well you got the timing right even if your son didnt, he is younger and a little rain is no problem for him

Thats such a beautiful view and I am glad the ride enabled to to relax and unwind a little

When I ride I concentrate more on riding and enjoying the ride, and so I cannot think much of other things or problems. This calms me down and I feel so much better :)

Right, he didn't mind and smiled when he came home, wet from the feet to the head :)

A motorbike ride, a bench with view, or a long walk at the reservoir ... I would love to have such a long beach like you have :)

I am lucky to have the beaches close by here but you do have such amazing natural scenery there

You always like something more, that you cannot have.
I know, we have amazing mountains and landscapes, and I do honestly love them, but when I see such beautiful long beaches at sunrise or sunset, then I wish to be there 😁

These are all very pretty Jay! I planted coneflowers this year in my garden and I found that the butterflies love them as much as I do! The coneflower photo is my favorite even though it has a bit of damage..it's still very pretty! 😉

@tattoodjay - beautiful flower shots, can't go wrong with flowers! I think the purple ones at the bottom are a butterfly bush. They look like mine.

Nice shots. Saw the purple coneflower! Those are fun, if you're patient with a macro. Pollinators love them. Too b ad the butterflies were hiding on you!

It’s funny the times I walk by without my camera I always see the pollinators but if I have my camera they hide

Maybe today I will have better luck

Beautiful shots! We have some very vibrant purple flowers growing in the ditch near my house. I have wanted to stop and get some pictures, but the road is much to busy to just pull over to the side. I would probably end up in the ditch after getting hit by a car!

Sound spike its a spot to just drive by and enjoy them not worth taking risks to get shots of them

Oh, the flowers are gorgeous! Who doesn't love the beauty of a flower! Funny enough, butterflies disappear for me also! I don't get it!!!

I love that second yellow beauty! All are beautiful, but, that is divine!

Thanks for being such a great Guide for #SteeemUSA!

The single yellow flower is stunning - perfect photo right there. I mean the others are all exceptionally good - but that one is an ace spot on - perfect for a card or poster. !COFFEEA 15
