Excursion to Catarroja, Recharging Batteries - #2020Vision Day +6
I have written more than once about the importance of taking a break... Well, I had today that kind of day... Spent the almost whole day with my dear friends, walking in nature and talking about wellbeing and how to make our lives better and healthier...
It's important to plug-off yourself from crazy "online world" and go outside of your 4 walls with your friends... and just disconnect... When you come back home to work, you will see how some ideas coming from "nowhere" that you didn't think about them ever! That is the power of Mother Nature and fresh air!
I wanted to make today creative pushups, but I have finished again with on my stairs... When I came back home late in the evening...

Thanks for a great video Zoltan, and great to be out walking in the nature, and I see you have glasses now, so that's why you had headaches, stay awesome.
I wear glasses for a long time ago... But, I usually don't use them outside... Only when I work on the computer... and driving at night :) And, I just got home when I recorded the video :)

Yeah in my experience I get headaches if I take them off, and also if I try reading with the regular ones.
I had that problem before glasses... but now, my headaches are more connected with lack of sleep and rest... or who knows what... lol...

That is so awesome you found the flamingos for @bradleyarrow ! YAYYY lol. And yes, taking time out to rest & enjoy nature (or whatever brings you joy) is so important. It brings more balance (as the number 4 means). I can't stress this enough to others, because none of us can serve others if our own tank is empty! Great video & now I want to go to the water.
