It's another day in an uncertain world...

Lately, I had been waking up each morning with a heavy heart; longing for things as they once were. High anxiety had returned, almost crippling in its nature. Feeling lost was a way I was almost getting adjusted to.

After a dark time, literally overnight, it feels like the light switch flipped back on. I finally woke up again after staying asleep for the past few weeks...

It's a tough time for many right now. We've all been doing the best we can. At the moment, though, I feel a renewed sense of purpose...

I could remain afraid & anxious...but no more. For me, it accomplishes nothing & just adds to the collective energy in a negative way. Instead, I choose to inspire, uplift & help as many as I can...

This is not about me. This is not about you. It's about US. We are all connected. The more compassion & love we show one another from this moment on, the better. It will start the healing that this world desperately needs..

Feel you can't possibly make a difference? You can. Just do one small thing every day to bring joy to another person's life. Give them a smile, a laugh, advice that truly uplifts them. Give them the time they crave with you. Send them a text, a small gift. FaceTime with them. Let them know they are loved & appreciated. Support their dreams. Listen with an open heart..the choices are limitless.

Just bring a better version of yourself every day. I try to. This lock down has put my family under stress but we are trying to compromise. They may lock this down but people are grand start to wake up and realize. It's not just a virus. Viruses out there, but they do stump shut down the world for that we'd had badd viruses ebola a large things come our way. Something bigger is going on. Eyes open everybody

Exactly, Polarity means no matter what bad they are doing, There is a good to it. Find it, beat the system. If its get rich buy property when the crash happens, Good timing. Maybe an RV stocked and self sustainable. Own something. Stope renting from our own country
Sorry to hear that the present circumstances were affecting you badly. Hang on in there. For this too, shall past. These are not the best of times and everyone of us are feeling some negativity from the virus that is bringing the world to her knees. Take care and keep your spirits up.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I am happy to say I am in a much better place now. Sometimes we each have to sit with those feelings & then push through. It's a very weird time right now but I do have faith things WILL get better.
