Safe from the streets... safe to sleep...

Little Ernie (Ernest Hemingway) finally realized he was safe and could sleep draped over a table, out in the open, without fear from dogs or predators.. he was safe at home.... photo from Aug. 22, 2018. I love this pix because it was the first time he had crawled up next to me while I was on the computer... and totally gave himself over to deep blissful sleep....
