CTP Token Arbitrage Opportunity?

For purposes of this discussion let me give you my down and dirty definition for an Arbitrage opportunity. I defining it simply as acquiring or buying an asset or commodity at one price and almost immediately selling it for a higher price. The higher price must be greater than your transaction cost or you will not profit.

So, for the potential arbitrage opportunity using CPT tokens? From now until at least September 1, 2019 I will trade you the cash equivalent of $0.10 USD in your account balance for each CTP token. You can then use your Account Balance to buy Upgrades or Advertising Credits. This must be done as a private transaction for the present and in multiples of 50 CTP tokens ($5).

I preferred you earned the CTP tokens but if you acquire or buy them for any thing less than $0.10 each you have an arbitrage opportunity. For example, let's say you bought the CTP token for $0.025 then trade to me for a value of $0.10 then you have just quadrupled your investment in advertising and promotion.
