Flitting about from one to another really does not see any great achievement, in fact it can leave you feeling flat and deflated. Discouraged and making it far easier to just give up.

I know that it can be a hard slog from time to time to actually start seeing results. But the key is to be consistent.

Hang in and things will reach a point where change develops, and you will see results.

Some of us have hung in for a number of years before seeing the results we wold like to see.

So make yourself comfortable, find the best space (Emotionally and physically) and be consistent every day, chip away and accumulate
