I actually prefer your first CTA over the last one.
As far as tracking goes, I've been tracking my results as well, and have been aggressively promoting #3StepsNoExcuses. I've received a number of subscribers from your edb logout page. Nice!
Goes to show, that with tracking, you know exactly which sources not only send you the most traffic, but also which sources have the best click through.
