Completely agree with this @pixiepost it is easy to think we should follow the flow but this is not always the best course of action a lot of the times going against the flow is exactly what we need to do.
Amen! Exactly - for some, it's about learning the balance. When we are more fluid with our lives, it helps keep the resistance away. I think we all have our moments but the more mindful we are, the better!

Good Morning, Jenn! And we are at another weekend! So far so good for this one. We were out most of the day yesterday. Took my Dad to meet my sister half way to her place in Madison, WI. He is spending the week with her up there. Her son's birthday was this last Monday so they celebrated that. He is 22. Having dinner here tonight with my husband's older daughter. Hope this one is going well for you too! 😀
