The Teams Are Back In Town!
About ten years ago my daughter asked me to join several online traffic exchanges under her as a referral. Then she said that I needed to join a program called Click Track Profit. I had no idea what she was talking about or asking me to do. I was hesitant because I couldn't understand how the two were connected. Why she thought I had the time, energy, or interest in this was beyond me. I didn't take either seriously as I was attending school part-time. I also worked outside the home full-time in a stressful occupation. But I went ahead and joined the sites to help her out. Then joined CTP.
Couple of months passed. During that time I received numerous emails from CTP. I was a bit intrigued, so I logged on to see what CTP was about. A quick look around the site really didn't impress me. After all, I didn't know what I was looking at or for.
But then I saw TEAMS as a menu item. Now THAT intrigued me! I worked in the legal field in a closely knit corporate team environment. My competitive nature urged me to check it out. My daughter kept encouraging me to spend time in the Training section. I wasn't enthused about it, but managed to complete 54%. All I was interested in was how the Teams worked and which one to join.
Now, we all know that not all teams are created equal. You'll know either the moment you join or somewhere in the middle before you decide to move on. But, no matter how many times it takes for you to find the right one, you'll know it when you get there! The best part was the fun we had planning strategy and actually pulling off a win for the last season utilizing it! Then, the TimTech partnership dissolved, and CTP closed.
Didn't know whether it would re-open and whether teams would be a central component. The announcement came that CTP was going to re-launch. It was exciting to find out the teams and competition seasons would continue, but in a different format. Can't wait! The most interesting concept I learned about CTP teams is that a group of individuals come together from varying countries, backgrounds, work styles, and habits. Forging a commitment to work together for a common goal can be a truly unique experience by:
- Learning from and/or encouraging each other;
- Relying on others that build trust; and
- Establishing lifelong relationships.
So join Click Track Profit if you're not already a member. In the new CTP, the Team area is now located under the Xtra's menu. Teams are limited to ten (10) members. Find one with an open slot and APPLY to the team leader. Then head on over to the Training section.
Remember...there is no "I" or "U" in team. You win as one, or lose as one. When you encounter individuals who have come together to accept this challenge, you know you've found your TEAM!

Yes, they do. My team is awesome, and I can't imagine being anywhere else. We need to encourage every team member to get involved in the CTP experience and find what works best for them.

I have no idea how the new teams will work out. But if it's anything like the last iteration they will be amazing.
I was fortunate enough to be in on the start of Lucky 13. The people and personalities that made up that team were nothing short of amazing. Many, if not most of those people remain friends today. All these years later.
I'm frankly not too interested in returning to TE land, but I am always interested in CTP and it's surroundings.

Anyone that has ever worked with justclickindiva knows just what is in this ladies, heart and sole. She is in this to have a family of friends that come together to support each other in the good times and in the bad times. There is no "I" in the word TEAM, because TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.
Yes, a lot of people do think and believe that they are going to get somewhere by trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes, but in the end, the people on the TEAM are the ones that are the real winners.
You see, I believe that it is what people do, that demonstrates what a TEAM is. There is no leader, it is everyone that comes to together for a single purpose or for a goal that is achievable because everyone is contributing. No one person can take credit for what the TEAM has achieved,
Now that is not to say that some TEAM members don't stand out. And not everyone is going to stand out all at once. Some are some that are on a high this week, and the next week they are on a lower plateau because of family, work, or life. Those that are low this week or day may be the ones that are on the high side the next week.
It is a good person that looks for the opportunity to achieve more with each and every opportunity, but more importantly it is a good TEAM Leader that looks to urge everybody go that one step farther to help someone else.
I am proud to say that at one time I was on a Team with justclickindiva and will always look for opportunities to be on any TEAM she is involved with
Thank you so much for your kind words. I've met some amazing people these past years who I've learned from and hopefully others whom I was able to help or give needed advice to. Everyone has something to contribute to a group and has to find their role within it. There is an old saying that you meet people for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. This is definitely true if you step back and take a look at the ones who come and go in your life. Being part of a team sometimes can help you define which category those individuals fit. Even though you have an overload of online and offline duties, you still manage to engage with our team daily. That's commitment. The moment I landed on our team I knew I was home...at least online home.
