My Cup Has Runneth Over, But I Found Luke

As Friday is staring me right in the face and just a few hours away from starting the morning with another OTF workout, I had to put in my sweat equity today.

Sweated calories and splats during one of Orangetheory Fitness' Signature Workouts and today was The Chipper Signature Workout, so I got my ActFit on!
