Always building quality to your business everyday!
On a normal 9-5 job you need to go to work everyday, you go to staff meetings to check what's good or not and change for the better. You will probably get marketing tips from a professional hired by your boss!
As a business owner and probably the only staff you need to do the same. Check what's good or wrong and get training to improve yourself. In this case there's a bit of everything in this online world that you don't need to hire a professional..well..you can "hire" CTP to get your training!
You need to be aware of your clients/members concerns and work around that to make it better as they are your "money" you need to give them value (no pun intended lol)
If you stagnate, your member's flow will stagnate as well until they stop showing up!
