Happy Monday ,

Here is a good little graphic post I saw online recently. It is actually from an app but forgive me as I can’t remember the name. ( If you do, please comment .

Let’s get JAHMIN

A routine is extremely important in this fast paced chaotic world. And if you aren't already on one, it’s never too late to start.

Here are a few things to consider, that may help you create your morning routine. ( hey I’m no saint I’m building and tweaking my routine

The first thing we must do everyday is prepare to be productive. That could be different things for different peeps. In my case even my long commute in the morning is preparing me to be productive as I listen to podcasts from Gary V, Bob Proctor and Myles Monroe just to name a few. This gets my mind on the right vibration to be productive. Other times it may be making sure I delete files from my SD card to make sure there is space on my cam to record videos and take pics.

The to do list the night before is a great habit to get into. The best of the best use it, usually on a white board but a note book will do. This ensures you know what your gonna do without a doubt and you can attack it and check them off. There is something magical about actually writing a to do list rather than typing it ( you know what I mean ?)

A good night rest is underrated. Many have this “if I’m not gridding 95% of the day then I’m not being productive” attitude. Well burn out is real! Especially if you are a person with many responsibilities. A clear sharp mind ( rest does that) will have you more focused and able to complete tasks in way less time than an unsettled chaotic mind. Trust me I know.

Waking up early is good but it all depends on your lifestyle. Waking up before the rest of the “ world” to get those thoughts in check through meditation can give you the vibe you need to be productive. Mediation doesn’t even mean you have to sit on he floor eyes closed. It could be just watching the sunrise or writing out those Golden morning ideas. Leave that snooze button alone.

Reading is another great habit not many of us do much of these days.* Including myself. I have so many things to do in any given day that reading is a pleasure. The way I see it, if you can’t read.....well time wise, pop in an audio book or a podcast. It’s not so much the reading but the ideas that counts.

Exercise, the one that defeats many. To me , you do not need to go to the gym. A walk in the morning or after lunch , a few push ups and stretches to get the blood running is all you need. Gradually you can level up. But it’s real important to get into this routine as health is wealth. Just a little at a time. Actifit is a great way to get motivated. Though I don’t posts the actifit posts much these days , I still get a walk in at least 4-5 times a week even in the scorching summer.

Breakfast the meal that many like to skip to feel like they are on a diet! Eat it, forget the late night snacking. Bigger meals in the morning gradually decrease as night falls. Who the hell came yo with the idea that dinner has to be a feast ?

Starting with the worst job is a good habit as it gets the stuff you don’t really wanna do out of the way, your feeling good and you can enjoy the rest of the day doing things you actually like to do. ( but what if everything you have to do sucks? >>>> suck I up and make it fun.)

Be consistent!!! Now once in a while you’ll slip up! You won’t write that to do list the night before , you say screw the walk and fvk going to bed early....... but then ....., just remember the times you actually did these things.... it felt good didn’t it? Well that’s why we gotta be persistent !!!!

Bigs ups to @clicktrackprofit a tribe a decade in the making. Some things were just meant to be and consistency is the key that will make it happen.

Here is a reggae song to get you on. The right vibes for the week! Be unbothered by your circumstances, keep on putting in that work. Listen to the lyrics. The song is called “24hrs” by Bugle. It’s a very deep song on why we must put our best foot forward and work.

As developer and entrepreneur , robotic routines are extremely hard for me. I’ve been doing all-nighters since college days. But, I believe reading is what gets most ppl.

Cheers !BEER
