Cryptopia - my critics
The cover looks juicy, but the documentary was disappointing for me.
I finally had time and money to watch a documentary about crypto currency, I could only make it till about half into, then it was to trivial and boring, but here are my specific critic of what I watched:
They have this "globe" seconds into the movie. Knowing that the earth is flat, that is a hard critic of this documentary. They use it many times in what I saw.
2:47 globe again.
4:50 min in I am already bored, they explain Bitcoin to me in the year 2020? I knew this already in april 2013.
6:56 min in she uses the word "univers" as if that exists, which it does not.
10:40 he uses the word "planet".
11:37 she uses the word "global"
12:10 she uses the word "globally"
16:50 she uses the word "global"
25:58 they are in a bunker in Switzerland where maybe 10% of Bitcoin is stored in a secret location. This I didnt know, and was the first information I personally got from this documentary till now.
I think it is a stupid idea to store wealth like that, if you need military trained personal and a bunker in a secret location to store your money, then you are not free as a person. Good for all small people that just store our keys to Hive our-selfs and even have the LasseCash on it, personal freedom.
35:12 He uses the word "software fork" which is not the correct word, its called a "hardfork".
39:30 again the fake globes and they talk a lot about Bitcoin and BitcoinCash, which are both obsolete with Hive, Hex and LasseCash as the best combo of today. On LasseCash and Hive we have no fees, 3 seconds transactions always and POB social media rewards. Why even talk about Bitcoin and BitcoinCash in 2020?

41:46 they say there is 100s of different blockchains or coins, but in 2020 there was probably 1000s of them, whereas HEX, HIVE and LasseCash where superior to all the others.
42:47 this documentary got too boring for me and I skipped the rest of it.

Well, in terms of the crypto explanation, I guess they had to break it down like that just in case a newbie comes across the movie. This gives them the opportunity to have an insight of what crypto and terms of crypto is
yes I agree about that, it was for noobs, the problem is that they dont know that earth is flat and show it openly and they didnt even mention HEX who did around 1500X in 2020 and the documentary are from that year...
So in effect it was a bictoin maximalist documentary going the agenda of bitcoin whales, pumping their bags, instead of pumping us who have the best technology's bags (HEX, PULSE, HIVE and LasseCash)... this documentary makes noobs maybe only invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum.. which at this point dont help the small guys, but make the rich richer.
Surely true. Too much bitcoin maximalist in the crypto world.
