I suddenly realize it's been a long time since I had any direct interraction with a cat... Sometimes a cat shows up on my second floor balcony (1st floor in UK English, BTW), but none has done so for a while.

Some local cat likes to climb up into my car. Public service announcement: cats are known to carry a parasite known as Toxoplasma Gondi (T.Gondi) affecting the bodies and minds of humans and animals. Rats infected with the cat's virus will literally run toward the cat instead of fleeing. It seems to explain why some humans are very odd about cats. Cats are pretty cool I don't hate them. Every morning when I get David to the nursery we always pass by like an alley with a bunch of stray cats because there's always a lady feeding them. Sometimes I try to call them and they appear so David can say good morning to them :)

I chuckled at the question, because many of you know I have a cat named Timmy. He has been featured in quite a few of my videos & he even has his own hashtag #TDGAF...I am sure you can figure out what that means 😉
He is an angel & a devil all wrapped up into one. He has seen me through a lot of good times & a lot of bad, but he is definitely one to keep my life interesting. I have a lot of great photos of him as well, but I think these two are among my favorites 😊

My last encounter with a cat was last month when I became friends with what I thought was a stray. I'd stop and stroke her every morning when walking my dog (he grew up sleeping with my last cat so he's fine with them) and then continue home. This went on for weeks and then I saw posters around town and realised it was my feline friend! I contacted the owners and told them where to find her and a few days later they managed to pick her up! I miss saying hello to her on our morning walks now but I hope that she is happy in her new home (they moved) with her humans! :)
