The first thing I thought when I saw this release was: 4 more hours of this garbage... this obviously thinking about the horror that Joss Whedon made us go through in 2017 with his version of Justice League, a movie without any hint of personality that at no time was anything other than an absurd replica of Avengers, that comic formula worked very well with Marvel, but here practically no one liked it. However, I have confidence in Snyder, I found 300 an entertaining movie, and I don't know if I'm sinning in my fanaticism, but in spite of all the bad things it had, I also enjoyed Batman vs. Superman... So I decided to get brave and see this movie, and now I tell you that I couldn't have made a better decision.

The Justice League: Zack Snyder's Cut.

The first thing to be clear about is that this is not an extended version of the film released in 2017, and although the story in essence is the same, it changes practically the entire path taken to reach its denouement. Here we forget about those lousy jokes, those sexualized shots invoking fanservice, none of the scenes that Whedon filmed were used, and therefore all those sequences that were a total nonsense were eliminated, such as Aquaman being influenced by Diana's weapon, although something that is maintained is Flash being the comic relief to all the seriousness of the plot, but in this version his character has so much plot weight that you even like your personality, all the main characters of the film are very well developed, that's why the four hours of duration, and here you empathize a lot with all the characters, even with the horrible Joker of Jared Letto, who speaks three minutes and with that you love him more than in all his scenes of Suicide Squad.

As weird as it may sound, the movie doesn't get long even if you watch it all at once, because every second is used in the right way to move the story forward as it has to, the plot is not slow, it's not rushed either, the plot is completely self-explanatory and that's something I'm very grateful for Snyder's cut, if you don't feel like watching four hours straight of movie, you can watch it in a series style, because the film is divided into chapters that have more or less the same length, that can serve as a pause if you wish, each one of them focused on explaining a part of the plot. I watched it this way because I had things to do, but later, with free time, I watched it again in its entirety, without pauses, and I never felt bored or tired.

The members of the league are still the same, Batman and Wonder Woman, then Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman join, as I said before, here they explain much better what is the motivation of each one to join the team, at the end the resurrection of Superman happens in a way that I found the best of the movie, using the resource of seeding, that makes the film presents its own means of resolution and does it in a subtle way and thus, the plot develops better, because it explains itself without resorting to any comic book and nothing is imposed just because, something that has been criticized a lot to superhero movies. the other characters are there to fulfill their roles supporting the story and they do it great, they eliminated characters that didn't contribute, like that family that lived in the complex where Steppenwolf build his fortress.

The antagonist is the same, but now his development is so extensive that I even say that he is my favorite character of the movie, Steppenwolf went from being a cheap digital replica of Loki to a very well done villain, with well marked motivations and with a clear objective. In addition, Darkseid appears, a character that any fan will recognize and thank for his appearance in the story, also, in the visuals, is far above the 2017 film, there is no longer superman's ghost mustache, Steppenwolf changed his appearance and the photography is one of the highest points of the film, I was fascinated by the sequence where Cyborg learns about his powers, when Superman regenerates using sunlight and his black suit and above all, the climax of Flash, who here is the most important piece while in 2017 he was just a comic extra in the team.

One of the few things that I liked more of the previous one in comparison to this one, was the character of Aquaman, that although in Snyder's cut is much better developed, they accompanied it with a music and some scenes that I didn't like as much as the previous one, like when the woman smells the t-shirt that Momoa takes off before jumping into the sea, something that I still criticize, that the protector of the oceans throws glass bottles into the sea, knowing the damage that this causes... Another thing I didn't like, is that the slow motion, in my opinion, is overexploited here, more than 20 minutes of the movie are in Slow Motion (I counted them, believe me) and I think the action looks better in scenes like Diana in the bank, where instead of slowing down, the hero's movement is accelerated, the movement of the hero is accelerated, making him look like that, a superhero, and the slow motion works very well in other scenes, like the Flash, but in general I feel that Snyder went too far with this resource, and another thing that I didn't like, is that they didn't put the famous phrase of the Joker: we live in a society. .. that was like a betrayal LOL

To finish, this movie is a marvel if you are a fan of DC or Superhero movies, at no time is as epic as was the AVENGERS ASSEMBLE in Endgame, which for me (and for almost everyone) has been the most epic of this genre so far, but its script and the whole movie in general far exceeds any other work I've seen in this famous genre, I found the best structured script of all Zack Snyder's movies and something I wish with all my heart is that this project is activated again, and finish telling us this story because the extra scenes, or post credits if you want to call them so (here they are not, because they happen before those credits) show us a lot of material that I am eager to know the outcome, a wonder this movie, I highly recommend it.

If you liked this summary, leave me your opinion in the comments, thank you very much for reading, see you later.
