My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2019

Good Thursday morning Steemians and Actifitters!

I am glad that after two days of failure to reach the 5,000 activity counts goal, I reached even more yesterday. I accumulated more than 9,400 counts yesterday which may be less than my peak, but higher than my daily goal.

My counts are accumulated from daily activities, which I started with my daily exercises. Then I prepared for deaf ministry. We visited our deaf students the entire day, by which we walked some distance. I also accumulated some counts from doing my chores.

Yesterday, while I was walking at the park in Capitol Grounds.
