My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2019

Hello dear Steemians and Actifitters!

Now on my Thursday's activities ... As usual in the morning I researched the cryptocurrency market and then I did my daily Cryptocurrency Market Overview for my DTube channel.

In the afternoon I went to the city center:

and visited some institutions:

so, I walked a lot.

In the late afternoon I was at home, just researching the global economy. But, of course, I did some breaks and enjoyed the perfect weather on our balcony:

In the evening I visited @mushanov and with many other friends we had a barbeque in his yard.

I came back home after midnight.
