Mis anclas a la vida, el arte y la música, las dos mis medicinas, recurro a ellas cuando necesito huir de una realidad que me abruma.
Estos días me aferro a ellas más que nunca y he estado creando para drenar, para expresar, para calmar.
Les presento el proceso de este autorretrato, que parte de una fotografía de mí, y que luego he transformado en un arte digital.

My anchors to life, art and music, the two my medicines, I turn to them when I need to escape from a reality that overwhelzes me.
These days I cling to them more than ever and I have been creating to drain, to express, to calm.
I present the process of this self-portrait, which starts from a photograph of me, and which I have then transformed into digital art.
Paso siguiente empecé a trabajar por capas, primero con un lápiz de grafito digital hice la silueta de mi cuerpo, luego usando una herramienta para dibujar en simetría realicé líneas azules y violetas en todo el cuerpo. Con el uso de diversos pinceles le coloqué colores. Para el cabello traté de emular un matorral lleno de flores, allí quería representar mi cabeza llena de ideas coloridas pero que a la vez me saturan la vida.
Coloqué un fondo negro para crear lo que sería el universo, y colores verdes para crear la sensación de las auroras boreales.
Para terminar hice muchas manchas de colores para representar las flores y coloque brillos amarillos para las estrellas. En la base figuras blancas que pueden representar cristales.
Cuando estuvo lista, quedó como la imagen que ven al final, luego le di un efecto de acuarela para que quedara como la imagen de arriba que fue la que más me gustó.
The next thing I did was work in layers. First, with a digital pencil, I made the silhouette of my body. Then, using a tool to draw in real symmetry, I made blue and violet lines all over my body. With the use of different brushes, I added colors. For the hair, I tried to emulate a bush full of flowers. There, I wanted to represent my head full of colorful ideas but that at the same time saturate my life.
I placed a black background to create what would be the universe, and green colors to create the sensation of the northern lights.
To finish, I made many color stains to represent the flowers and placed yellow glows for the stars. At the bottom, white figures that could represent crystals.
When it was ready, it looked like the image you see at the end. Then I gave it a watercolor effect so it would look like the image above, which was the one I liked the most.
