Interesting consider humans as a capital is totally a different point of view, before this I only read it a as human resource that's why we have HR department in almost every company, now I am not sure what is difference between a human resource or Considering a Human as capital

Human resources is closely related to human resources. Infact, human resources are charged with human capital education. It's just an aspect of measuring the intangible value of people as they grow and improve
