Trekking to San Pedro village, an adventure full of colors and textures. 🏞️🧗
Yesterday we went on another hiking adventure to San Pedro, we arrived at one of the many creeks that the river has, the idea was to go for a walk for a while but then we thought we would go a little further and we arrived at a beautiful place where we could relax for a while listening to the water of the river falling.
Ayer nos lanzamos una aventura más de senderismo hasta San Pedro llegamos a una de las tantas quebradas que tiene el Río, la idea era salir a caminar un rato pero luego pensamos ir un poco más lejos y llegamos a un lugar hermoso dónde nos pudimos relajar un rato escuchando el agua del río caer.
San Pedro is a village that is about a 40 minute walk from the town of Azulita, lately I have been loving these hiking adventures because the views from these places are beautiful.

The bridge that connects to the village is built on two huge rocks, as well as the creek passes through the road to another village, when the river rises the passage through this place is very dangerous, this time when we went we noticed a lot of drought, the water is not at its level because lately it has not rained.
El puente que conecta hacia la aldea está construido sobre dos enormes rocas, así como la quebrada pasa por la carretera hacia otra aldea, cuando el río crece el paso por este lugar es muy peligroso, en esta oportunidad cuando fuimos se nota mucho la sequía, el agua no está a su nivel pues últimamente no ha llovido.

The rock formations of this place are incredible, there are rocks that look like they were made, others are very beautiful marbled, after exploding for a while (without getting into the water because it was super cold) we started our walk back, loved the colors that nature gives us.
Las formaciones rocosas de este lugar son increíbles, hay rocas que pareciera que fueron hecho, otra son marmoleadas muy hermosa, después de explotar un rato (sin meterme al agua por qué estaba súper fría) emprendimos nuestra caminata de regreso, amó los colores que nos regala la naturaleza.

San Pedro does a fairly good job mixing up all the elements I usually chase during my hikes in the mountains so would definitely love hiking there one day 💚
